Alana Dentino is a Rochester native. She was born in the town of Gates and has always lived in Rochester. Alana went to Gates-Chili High School, and has been married for twelve years to her husband, a fireman. The couple lives in North Greece with their two children, an eleven-year-old girl and an eight-year-old boy.
Alana became interested in dentistry through her friend’s mother, who was a dental hygienist and very enthusiastic about the profession. She went through a quick succession of other careers before deciding to go to hygiene school. She attended Monroe Community College where she studied to become a dental hygienist, qualified quickly, and has been doing it for five years now. She joined Dr. G and his team in January of 2009 and loves it.
